Though just because it is not wound on a fixed spool does not make it an inferior product, it does allow us to offer it cheaper than its fixed spool counterpart and feels better on the mind for reducing the amount of 3D printing filament spools that (may) end up just being thrown away.

1) It was metallic silver not grey
2) Arrived with the "air tight" sealed bag full of air, so everything was messed around
3) the cable ties were far far too loose and allowed the filament to spring everywhere
4) ironically it was still wound too tight for my master spool I had printed so didn't fit
Avoid like the plague. you can get far better stuff for far cheaper, and already on a spool
