This filament is a great material. I have found printing it hot (250 deg C) and slow (50mm/sec) works best on my Ooznest Prusa i3. Giving great layer bonding and a fine finish at both 0.2 and 0.1mm layer heights.
If you're in a hurry and not so bothered about the surface finish, then printing at 0.3mm layer height and winding the speed up a bit after the first couple of layers is worth trying.
As the Prusa is an open frame 3D printer it is difficult to maintain a high enough bed temperature and it runs generally at about 96-98 degrees, flat out. Keeping the room at about 18 to 20 degree ambient temperature helps.
For heated bed surface preparation: ABS juice on Kapton tape works well, to the point where some force is necessary to remove the print. PrintaFix is more convenient and also provides good grip. However, my PrintBite surface has proven less successful with ABS as it cannot be run hot enough to maintain a grip. PrintBite really needs 110 degrees C to be successful with ABS I think.
As always, make sure your print bed is as level as you can get it.
Overall this is a great filament for a fine finish and low odour even when printing at 250 degrees. Its certainly worth the few bob extra over the price of the cheaper ABS filaments out there.
