Check out a great piece on Shore Hardness here and the variation in flexible materials.

Would you like your 3D models to stand out by their elasticity and flexibility but you could not find a suitable elastic material that would fulfill your idea? We have a solution - try printing flexible parts with Flexfill TPU 3D Printer Filament by Fillamentum. And if you have a printer with two print heads you can use Flexfill to add an extra layer which will make a surface soft to touch.

Prints well, bonds well, but terrible tolerances make it almost unusable.

This is a bit of a bittersweet filament - it prints well, doesn't warp, bond strengths are great and you can print it fast for a flexible - however the diameter tolerances aren't even within the pretty wide +- 0.1mm they spec it it, by halfway down the roll it had dropped from 1.7mm to 1.55mm - completely ruining the part as the perimeters no longer extruded enough to bond to each other. It's also rolled so tightly that it sticks and grabs on the roll - I had to unspool and respool it before a print to make sure it would release off the spool freely.

TL:DR - good material, terrible quality control.
