Fiberlogy HD PLA, created using the most current advancements of material engineering. Thanks to an innovation in the formulation of our PLA, we achieved some characteristics which no other PLA available on the market today can compare. Fiberlogy HD PLA is characterised by having a exceptional dimensional tolerance of +/- 0,02 mm, coupled with ease of printing makes our HD PLA an extremely reliable, versatile and consistent filament.
In addition to the quality of our filament, fiberlogy HD PLA has the ability to be annealed. The process can be executed very easily with the use of an oven, in which a ready-made printout is placed in cool chamber on a surface (with any support support and raft that may have been used ) and heated gradually up to the temperature of 80°C for just 15 minutes. When baking plastics it is advisable not to use your own home kitchen oven!
You must let the print cool down before removing. The annealing process results in a change of properties within your ready-made product which gains mechanical strength similar to ABS with a simultaneous increase in temperature resistance stability up to 140c. Without the irritating smell and all the inconveniences accompanying ABS printouts, were are certain you will enjoy our environmentally-friendly HD PLA filament.

*We do not recommend annealing products with thin walls and wide-stretching geometry without using supports. We also recommended checking that the temperature in the oven correct, try a test printout before annealing the actual product.
